Brittney Ottaviano Service Representative Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from this dealership and purchased the maintenance plan, so at 3,000 miles I needed an oil change and coolant top Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from this dealership and purchased the maintenance plan, so at 3,000 miles I needed an oil change and coolant top off. Brittney Ottaviano, saw to my service appointment at Tucson Subaru, she was polite, courteous, and oversaw my appointment with care. She made sure the oil change was completed, my coolant topped off, properly and a ascetic material defect was corrected-which I brought to my salesman, Ken Murch. I am very pleased with Brittney's, attention to detail, and her follow through with all issues regarding my new vehicles care. My previous walk in unannounced appointment was with Jay Rau there was a material defect with the radiator cap Jay made sure that this issue was taken care of. I also originally brought it to the attention of Louie A. the Finance Manager who was swift to make things right also he introduced me to Mr. S.Gregg, who was anxious to help. Thanks to the shuttle driver for saving my afternoon with a short trip to a fast food place so I could feed my Dad who was along for the ride to the dealership. All and all I am satisfied with Tucson Subaru's service they really care its one more thing I like about living in Tucson! Darla Muckley went over the elaborate functions of my vehicle and gave me a $25.00 fuel card. More

Recall on 2016 Cross-Trek. I arrived early for my appointment, work was rescheduled smoothly. Other issues highlighted and future work appointment was scheduled. Jesse and his I arrived early for my appointment, work was rescheduled smoothly. Other issues highlighted and future work appointment was scheduled. Jesse and his team were on the job, quickly and efficiently. No improvement possible. I enjoy my visits to Suburu ( so much that I bought a new Cross-Trek earlier than planned.
