1. Communication with my sevice tech Brittani Weiss was very bad. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks the only time she communicated with me was when I dropped the vehicle off and when it was ready. very bad. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks the only time she communicated with me was when I dropped the vehicle off and when it was ready. I called her 3x to only get voicemail with no return call. 2. The service department broke my wheel lugs although they put new wheel lugs on free they didn't replace wheel lock lugs. They stated wheel lock was not in vehicle but had someone called me they where in fact in the vehicle. 3. I was charged a diagnostic fee for a issue that was covered by a warranty of which I was told was covered under warranty. These are the reasons why my experience was not good More

When I take my Honda to the dealership for service they always return it washed. When picking up my BMW after a few days I know it will need washing. By me. The staff at Autohaus BMW was exceptionally nice and enjoyable to talk to and excellent in their service! The pricing was very reasonable. A special shout out to Brittany my service advisor. Finally, I found the dealership itself an enjoyable place to go. My spouse and I never mind our brief wait as they have the best premium coffee bar.
