Came in for a low oil light issue. I was told that my car is possibly burning oil. The appointment was scheduled quickly, customer service was patient with providing answers to all my I was told that my car is possibly burning oil. The appointment was scheduled quickly, customer service was patient with providing answers to all my questions, the diagnosis were provided in the video, and future steps were explained thoroughly. I found out that my mechanic was adding more oil than necessary, thus causing the alert to go off. Audi service department removed extra oil and I am hopeful that nothing got damaged in my car.
