I needed a new key and fob. The service department took my order and I paid in December 2024. I was informed that it was on backorder and they would notify me when it came in. I didn't hear from them until I called April 2025. My key had been there but they neglect to notify me. I was able to make an appointment and installation went fine today. More

I leased my first Volvo in June 2023 and went in for my first service - the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. The service was thorough and they kept me updated with timings. They did n first service - the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. The service was thorough and they kept me updated with timings. They did not have a loaner available for me and instead got me an uber back and forth during my service appointment. The invoice had detailed notes of the couple things I pointed out and my service advisor went over them with me as well. I expected it to be a little disorganized as they are in the middle of construction but instead it was smooth, a wonderful and easy experience ! Thank you ! More
