Arno has assisted us with our new vehicles since 2008 and he is our go to guy. I purchased the GLA250, and could not be happier. While I knew for the most part what I was looking for, I sat down with Arno and we went through what I wanted and what I needed. He answered all of my questions and advised me on what features would best fit my needs. He made the entire process easy and clear and kept me in the loop the entire time, even giving me updates on production and shipping. Not only is Arno professional and incredibly knowledgable about the MB brand and what the different classes offer, he is also personable and has a great sense of humor. If you are not already part of the MB Princeton family, then I highly recommend you come and take a look for yourself, the dynamic that they promote is unbeatable! Make an appointment with Arno, look at the different models, take a test drive, and ask questions- I'd be shocked if you weren't sold on the experience!
