My wife owns a MB and has been using your service for years. Recently I became a member of the MB family; she told me to get the same Service Manage that she used. Brian McCoy is by far the most thorough and professional Service Manager I have ever dealt with. What's the old saying - "...leave no stone unturned?" I had a very strange issue with my M-class, and Brian xxxx near disemboweled the vesicle in his attempt to solve the problem. Fortunately he found nothing, so we wrote it off as a fluke. But I was so impressed by his work ethic that I would recommend Princeton MB ANYONE. (As long as they get Brian for a Service Manager) More

I'm a long-time client of this dealership, and I keep coming back because of the quality of the product and the quality of the people at the dealership. I have come to count a number of them as friends, and I feel as if I'm treated as a member of the Mercedes Benz of Princeton family. Service advisor Brian McCoy was thorough and professional in reviewing my service needs, and he kept me abreast of the progress as the day went along. It turned out to be a costly visit, and Tom Knobloch was kind enough to insert himself into the process to work it out. While he wasn't involved in this endeavor, my salesman, Tom Trovas, is always there to help when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent dealership! More
