Shopping experience was unlike any other I have ever had. It was simple and quick without all that haggle back and forth. My Finance Manager was Ryan Chisholm (he had previously been my salesperson last year It was simple and quick without all that haggle back and forth. My Finance Manager was Ryan Chisholm (he had previously been my salesperson last year), Michael Heintz and Brian Hennessy my salespersons, were all great. They all listened to my wants and needs, gave me the information I requested, didn't keep bothering me while I took time to think it over, understanding and easy to work with. We all know that buying a new car can be stressful and not fun, that was not the case here they all made it easy and no stress. Everything was explained to me so there were no surprises on the day of signing paperwork and picking up the car. The entire process of picking up the car was fast and painless. I can't say enough good things about my experience, Werner Mazda is very lucky to have Ryan, Michael and Brian on their team because they made it a perfect purchase from start to finish. Thank you to all of you and keep up the great work. For reference I leased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Premium AWD, Deep Crystal Blue Mica with Black Leather with red stitching. Have had it almost a month now and so happy with my purchase, value for my money and feel as if I got an amazing deal. More
