You probably lost me this time. Why? Somethings out of your control some in your control. Today as the key fob battery died and the car wouldn’t start in the Costco gas lane I was frustrated. Frustrated b/c I was going to miss a 1pm appt. with the social worker that hospices arranged to visit my dying sister. Now did I know the battery was low b/c the car told me yes. But you guys pulled the car into the shop yesterday and inspected and both said and did nothing. It took 15- to walk to target, $6.99 for 2 2025 watch batteries 10 min back watch the video on how to open and change the fobs battery. Further if I give you like $100 to change the oil reset the service lights and replace the air filter if you to do a $600 brake on my car....you should’ve rotated the tires for free. That’s just dumb. But to cause me to miss the appt for my sister after 5-6 weeks of xxxx leading up to her deciding to stop fighting the cancer go $3 battery that’s kinda unforgivable and the sign of a broken business model especially for the device portion More
