I purchased a 2010 Mazda3 for my daughter last year and had such a great experience that when my Ford Windstat got condemned for the subframe recall I went back to see what they had to offer. I told them what had happened and why I was there and they were very sensitive to my situation and didn't pressure me at all. I gave them an idea if what I was looking for and they immediately pointed me to a MazdaSpeed. I took it for a test ride and OMG I feel in love with the car, but I told them I needed to look at some other cars and they said no problem and put no pressure on me at all. Well to make a long story short I ended up going back and purcahsing the MazdaSpeed. They gave me a great deal with no real haggling. I had such a great experience that I ended up trading in another vechile and ended up purchasing a MazdaSpeeed and a Mazda 3 5-door...LOL Brain and John were both great and even my son who is 13 loved them and had no issues with going back to the dealership numerous time, actually he looked forward to going with me. I would higher recommend anyone looking for a vechile to check out Hamilton Mazda. I think they are a A+ establishment and tell them Rob B sent you...LOL :) More
