BUYER BEWARE!! Acura and Honda make great vehicles, but do NOT purchase or service one at this dealership. Their service department is hands-down the worst I have ever dealt with. We bought an Acura RDX and discovered a leaking shock. The saga started back in February 2026, and since then, it’s been a complete nightmare. Here is what we’ve endured: Endless Wasted Days: At least four separate visits lasting 3 to 4 hours each—mostly on Fridays and Saturdays, completely wrecking our weekends. Zero Respect for Time: They don't honor appointments, they don't return calls when promised, and they couldn't care less if you sit in their waiting room for hours on end. Your time and life mean absolutely nothing to them. Incompetence at Every Level: They kept our vehicle for two full weeks at one point, and today we just had to get our second replacement for the exact same shock. Broken Promises: Service advisor Johnny Mullins offered to have a cracked windshield looked at while the car was in. On delivery day, I asked about it—turns out, nobody had even bothered to look at it. Nothing was done. It should not take opening a formal corporate case with Acura just to get basic service and accountability. Today is September 4th, and after seven months of runaround, I’m still not confident this issue is actually resolved. Save yourself the headache, money, and massive frustration—take your business anywhere else!
