When I dropped off my keys on the drop off box form I indicated an oil change and tires, but when the service representative called me he wanted to let me know I really should have an oil change....which is one of the reasons I scheduled the appointment. I have a car with St. Cloud Toyota, as well as my husband and my son. Whenever we book an appointment, it is rare the right person in our family is contacted about our vehicle in the shop. Sometimes my son in Duluth is notified when my car is done, for my husband, I am notified and this time for my car in the service area, my husband was receiving a phone call from Dan. Its very frustrating. When I called on Tuesday to check on my car, my main service person was off that day, which is fine, but the service person I was talking to could not get into my account because it was locked as my account was open by my regular service person. Later in the day, a service person kept trying to contact my husband about my car, when my husband finally had time to forward me the voicemail message from the Toyota service person and I tried to call him back, that person had already gone home and no other service person could really tell me if my car was ready or not. So hoping you can improve your software applications in the future as this was a big comedy of errors for me this time. The people are great, just not the technology. Thank you.

The service department at St Cloud Toyota has always been
excellent. I may not like what they tell me I need but I have to trust that they are right even if they tell me I need four new tires when one can't
