The Toyota dealership is new to me. We bought a used Subaru from Rick. He was helpful but very busy the 3 times we talked with him. Miles advertised on line and on door sticker was almost 5700 miles mor Subaru from Rick. He was helpful but very busy the 3 times we talked with him. Miles advertised on line and on door sticker was almost 5700 miles more than we had anticipated. He did call us and report that there was a discrepancy and we were disappointed. He told us the oil didn't need changing till 10,000 miles and the tire rotation 5000 miles. Service told us to change oil at 5,000 miles which we believe to be correct. We were told service was done by Toyota on this Subaru 9-20-2021 miles on car fax report 22,223 miles.(Actual miles on Subaru when sold to us 27,891 on 10-11-2021) I think Rick had service due an oil change at almost 28,000 because of the previous mile discrepancy. Thank You Rick. Service was helpful but may not know all there is to know about a Subaru, being they mostly service Toyota. Time will tell. PLEASE do NOT let car cleaners put slippery sprays on the plastic CAR Matts!!! It gets on bottoms of shoes and make our entry, kitchen floors SLIPPERY and this is a Fall HAZARD, We don't need to break a bone. Thank You MB Also a Thank You to Adam in Service. More

My vehicle sat in the service parking lot for 7 hours even though I had an 8 am appointment scheduled. I tried calling after 5 hours for an update on my vehicle and there was no answer. It was not until even though I had an 8 am appointment scheduled. I tried calling after 5 hours for an update on my vehicle and there was no answer. It was not until I went in person to figure out what was happening with my vehicle because of the lack of communication that is when I found out my vehicle was not even serviced yet. When they finally took the vehicle the in for service, it only took about an hour to get everything I requested finished even though I was told they would need the vehicle all day which is why I took the day off of work. More
