Unfortunately, this is only resulted in you putting significant time and effort in the posting of multiple negative reviews about my businesses under different names/aliases. My management teams at both locations have expressed their desire to no longer service you as a customer at this time. I have had the GM and the Service Director look into this and I understand that the Service Director has been involved since the beginning. It can become very complicated on several levels when repairing a vehicle with water damage. Unfortunately we have no control over what the insurance companies do with these repairs and we are at their mercy.
