I am very dissatisfied, I bought my car on May 28 and the same day the check engine light turn on, I went to the dealer on June 6 to verify what was wrong with the car at the dealer they told me that the car same day the check engine light turn on, I went to the dealer on June 6 to verify what was wrong with the car at the dealer they told me that the car had After Market parts and that it needed a Tuning, Brian the guy in service told me that he would call me when he had an answer on what they could do to fix the car and turn off the check engine light after that I have called the dealer 11 times because no one has called back and every time I call no one has an answer for me and they keep passing the ball to each other, also I still don't have the registration for the car license plate after almost two months since I bought it, also called for that and I've been to the dealer six times and no one has an answer for me and they keep passing the ball to each other. I'm going to file a complaint with the customer service department to see if they finally call me and resolve the situation that I had, another thing when I bought my car the salesman promised me that he would get me the car mats and that they would fix the bumper and that he would call me to let me know, he never called me, I definitely did a bad deal with Lucky VW. More
