I typically don't have any issues, but this time was different. I noticed not many were wearing masks indoors - both employees and customers. I was also left me hanging at the mall after being dropped off. Then, I arrived back to an empty counter to retrieve my counter. I had to flag someone down to be able to retrieve my vehicle. This time I was unimpressed and don't plan to go back until after the virus is under control for fear of catching it and bringing it home to my mother. More

I have been with this service department for a year. Very friendly and professional. This time i had to use the shuttle. Lokey to me home and picked me up. The best service department i have worked with in 3 friendly and professional. This time i had to use the shuttle. Lokey to me home and picked me up. Bait and switch prepaid maintenance program. I was told I was purchasing the vw prepaid maintenance for my car, but when I went to use it I was told I really purchased a coupon book, even though my purchase was purchasing the vw prepaid maintenance for my car, but when I went to use it I was told I really purchased a coupon book, even though my purchase agreement clearly says “maintenance.” I am beyond upset. They installed the front struts and vacuumed my car. I brought my own parts and they did it well within a day. The final pricing never changed from the quote or closely matches it.
