I brought my Wrangler 4xe in for warranty work while it was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had a field tech look at it, it was out of warranty so they wouldn't get paid to fix it. They tried to tell me that it is designed to squeak during operation. This is a vehicle that is 3 years old. They've lost most of their leadership, and the new crew isn't any better. Greg Russel, the operations manager, doesn't evened bother to read service notes before telling you he can't help you. Do not bring your vehicle to this dealer for service. There is better Jeep dealer service just 10 minutes away. More

On 12/16/25 I brought my 2015 Ram 1500 / 24815 miles in for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel balance. I met Service Advisor Brian Bahr who was very helpful, patient and attentive to my needs. I say for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel balance. I met Service Advisor Brian Bahr who was very helpful, patient and attentive to my needs. I say patient and attentive because he was dealing with a 73 year old. Brian let me know the tech working on my truck found the air cleaner needed to be replaced and I agreed to have that done I'm completed satisfied with the service provided. More

It was a good experience , however I made my appointment with the automated system and Brian didn't know anything about it. So it delayed my service time and I had to wait for 3 hrs before my tires were put with the automated system and Brian didn't know anything about it. I called at 9am and the lady on the phone said they had an opening for 11:30 for an oil change. Upon arrival there were several cars in the bay. Brian said all these vehicles showed up with no appointmen an opening for 11:30 for an oil change. Upon arrival there were several cars in the bay. Brian said all these vehicles showed up with no appointmen and he was so short handed. Got my car back at 2:30. My appointment did not matter at all. I will be finding another place for my buisness from here on in. This is the 2nd strike for this service dept. More

Brian took such great care of me during my visit. I came in for a tire patch and an oil change with a tire rotation, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
