The whole process seemed rushed. The interior of the vehicle was dirty and we asked to have it cleaned. They took another attempt at cleaning it but it was a poor job. The finance manager even said "18 more minutes before I'm out of here." Dealer couldn't provide a front license plate bracket either which I thought was strange. When it came to numbers, we weren't on the same page and things seemed to get tense. Even though the dealer got to my number there was no communication on how they got to it and never disclosed financial terms until we got to the finance department where we were also rushed. More
