Bri, my sales representative, went completely above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth a beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Gabe was fantastic throughout the entire process as well. He was always available, helpful, and made us feel like valued customers every step of the way. The entire team at Elmhurst Ford deserves recognition. From the finance department to the gentleman who walked us through all the paperwork and final forms, everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient.
