Brett Richie was less than forthcoming in regards to explaining the costs involved with the extended warranty to my wife and I. We haven't purchased a new, used vehicle in over 10 years, I was a bit slo explaining the costs involved with the extended warranty to my wife and I. We haven't purchased a new, used vehicle in over 10 years, I was a bit slow in comprehending the whole process when speaking to a finance manager. We actually understood the $4500.00 price tag to included the vehicles service, the paint and fabric and the tires, wheels and dent services. Shame on me for not paying closer attention to the individual costs for the 3 items that we chose. The cost ballooned up to $6899.00, I immediately began canceling the contract with E G Assurance company. While the only way to lower our monthly car payment now is to refinance our car loan. Mia Knicely, our sales person was so very welcoming when we arrived, very knowledgeable and answered a lot of our questions about the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Also, the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. Unfortunately, after the fact we learned a valuable lesson about dealing with finance manager like Brett Richie. More

Over all experience I can say was good.
