The first time that I stopped into the dealership, I truly don’t think that I was treated properly. The second time that I visited, I was greeted by Jay and had a completely different experience. The Yark Subaru team was incredible to work with! They helped make my first new car purchase a great experience. They were all super friendly, available to answer any and all questions, and did everything helped make my first new car purchase a great experience. They were all super friendly, available to answer any and all questions, and did everything they could to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for. From my first visit I knew I wasn't going to buy my car from anywhere else. And even though it took me a year and a half to finally pull the trigger, they were always there to answer questions along the way. From start to finish I felt like I was working with friends I'd go out and have drinks with, not the creepy high pressure sales people I'd encountered at other dealerships before them. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Yark Subaru and I look forward to many years of "friendship" with the team that will now keep my beautiful new car happy and healthy. More
