I was given a final paper to sign with agreement but after I agreed on other changes and waited four (4) hours for financing in my 7 hour daily wait, the agreed terms were incorrect. I was given a verbal and I should have seen the writing on the wall but I was hungry, tired and the only person in the dealership. I got home and was to return with a check and thank goodness I did because the agreemeent was not changed and after eating, resting and talking to my bank, our number was incorrect. I am glad I have people in my life that watch over me as a person. Salesman was very sweet but had zero skills but to watch to the sales manager and try and "work some magic". The process was un necessary as they had maybe 5 customers total. I called the next morning and it took several times to get financing to answer. At this point, I was done. I came back to get my vehicle. The salesman and manager lied to my face about my plates that it was "standard policy" to give customer their old license plates. I have purchased over 20 vehicles and sale livestock trailers for Elite - rule #1 in sales is to be you and be honest. I even asked another gentleman about it and he was honest and told me "wr trash all plates." More

I appreciate everyone making it an easy process once I actually made up my mind. They have a large selection of vehicles which was good to see, I went to a couple other dealers who didn’t have nearly the selection. Overall great experience! More
