Joe went above and beyond, and made my car buying experience amazing, comfortable and easy, He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, really listened to me, took into account what I was looking f experience amazing, comfortable and easy, He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, really listened to me, took into account what I was looking for and my budget, then found me exactly what I needed and wanted. I am on the Autism spectrum, and this was my first time buying a car by myself. People with Autism aren’t always understood, but Joe was patient, thoughtful, understanding, and treated me wonderfully, answering all of my many questions, and then found me a great car that I love. After my purchase, he followed up to make sure everything was going well, and that I had everything I needed with the car. His attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and the care he took of me throughout the process was unparalleled. I highly recommend going to see Joe for your next car. More

Joe Mount was amazing to work with. I felt Joe had actually listened to my priorities in a vehicle and did not go outside my wants. I purchased my car out of state only because Heritage couldn’t get a Sienna quickly. No one can. Setting up my appointment for the second key and inspection was very easy and service center treated me li couldn’t get a Sienna quickly. No one can. Setting up my appointment for the second key and inspection was very easy and service center treated me like I purchased car there. I had communicated with Brett a few times as I changed my appointment and he was always so accommodating and friendly. They were very professional in the shop and appointment was quicker than anticipated. During the inspection Ken came to confirm they would be removing stickers on the windshield one of which was a pass. They wanted to be sure this wasn’t going to be a problem. I appreciated that they checked with to ensure it was not something I needed. They we’re going to work to save it if I needed it. This is my first service appointment with Heritage and I made a follow up for my next service as I was very happy. The waiting area provides a comfortable and convenient spot to work too while I waited. More
