Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

Fast, considerate and efficient I liked the service at RallyeBMW for its speed, efficiency and automation and the professionalism of Bret Hines. Amazing Sales and service departments. I dealt with Bret Hines for my last service visit (540xi)....Bret took care of everything and kept me consistently posted as to the progress of my se I dealt with Bret Hines for my last service visit (540xi)....Bret took care of everything and kept me consistently posted as to the progress of my service, he went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. I will ask for Bret for all future service visits. I got my 6th BMW from Rallye and George Javier in Sales made leasing my car a pain less experience by handeling every minor detail. I was nice not to worry about anything. In addition he responded to all my emails even on his days off. More

In and out I've come here twice so far and my experience has been great overall. They take my car, give me a loaner, and call me when my car is ready for pickup. I've come here twice so far and my experience has been great overall. They take my car, give me a loaner, and call me when my car is ready for pickup. When it is time to pick up my car, I'm out of there within 5 minutes. This only demonstrates how well organized Rallye is. Highly recommended! More
