Giving Credit Where it's Due! My salesmen & administrative staff (names I can remember are Mark C. & Brenda) were friendly, respectful, professional, just all around good people. My salesmen & administrative staff (names I can remember are Mark C. & Brenda) were friendly, respectful, professional, just all around good people. Thanks for the superb customer service!!! I really appreciate it! However, it was a completely different experience with the finance manager (Maaki) whom you sign the contract with. I am still not happy with the games & maneuvers played on me in that business office & the misleading performance. If you don't know what you're doing you can easily get taken advantage of and not realize it until later. I went back and dealt with a different finance manager because Maaki no longer worked there. Freddy was ridiculously overbearing and trying to talk me into doing what he wanted me to do. I was only there to cancel the unnecessary & expensive warranties I purchased the previous day. That was an outrageous experience, part 2. SMH Overall, my best advise: when it comes to negotiations be willing to walk away. And go into that finance room prepared with someone who has experience & who has your best interest at heart. More
