Everyone I was in contact with at the dealership was great. Except for one sales person who rudely interrupted my conversation with Kevin from Findlay Customs regarding purchasing a suspension lift for great. Except for one sales person who rudely interrupted my conversation with Kevin from Findlay Customs regarding purchasing a suspension lift for my 2023 4Runner (which I purchased from Findlay Toyota). I understand that she was attempting to make a sale and please her customer, but I was in the middle of my conversation with Kevin, and because of her rudeness, Kevin lost my business. More
