I have 2 service warning lights on 1 for brake fluid service past due since march 2024 and also have warning light 2 for vehicle service past due since Dec 2024. I hate that I payed for the $1225 prep s service past due since march 2024 and also have warning light 2 for vehicle service past due since Dec 2024. I hate that I payed for the $1225 prep service to drive home and have these services needing attention still. I don’t know if services were performed and was forgotten to be reset or that the services ignored and still get charged a lot of money for a vehicle that was wasn’t fully prepped. This car shouldn’t be classified as certified preowned if the so called 150+ point inspection isn’t performed. Both Mo and Brandon were pleasant to work with More

Brandon was incredibly accommodating during the test drive, and he answered all our questions with patience and honesty. Antonio Clinger checked me in. I was very pleased with him. Also Brandon Sandoval was my sales guy and he did a great job. Big Star would get an A+ in my book . The only negative was the Lyft driver His car was old, smelled of gasoline, filthy, windows open and it was hot out. Luckly I was going to Sams a mile away . This was my first ride with Lyft. I did rate him very poorly. The girl that picked me up to come back was way way better. I did not see Antonio when I came back but I did share with one of the other guys my not so good experience . He suggested I inform Lyft. More
