Their sales guy Brandon goes above and beyond so does their finance guy Henry. Dealer managers are barely average when it comes to making a deal. Dealer markups are crap. Would give 5 stars if they would their finance guy Henry. Dealer managers are barely average when it comes to making a deal. Dealer markups are crap. Very disappointed in this dealership, On 8/9 we reserved a vehicle that was suppose to be in by 8/16 and was offered $12000 for our trade in that needed an inverter, On the 16th around 4pm I got a call stat a vehicle that was suppose to be in by 8/16 and was offered $12000 for our trade in that needed an inverter, On the 16th around 4pm I got a call stating there was a delay and now the car was expected between 21-28th so we decided to fix my old car and was glad we did, because there was no further communication until the car finally arrived on 9/8, almost 1 month past its due date. I contacted the sale associate, the next day, letting him know we ended up replacing the inverter and got a new 12 v battery, so we wanted to see what the new trade-in value would be. Two days later he responsed his manager would give us $20,500 for our trade-in now, so we decided to take them up on their offer. Unfortuantely when we actually got to this dealer to pick up our new car expecting to trade in my old car. The manager refused to honor the trade in value we were given even though we had it in writing and offered $5000 less stating he wasn't the person who agreed to it and he won't agree to honor the original price given to us in writing from his sale associate. So after putting $7500 into my old car because their car was late, I was taken a lost on my vehicle if I traded it in. On top of that, the manager flat out called my husband a liar stating we didn't replace the inverter (if that not poor customer service skills), stating that according to him the Toyota system only show battery was replaced. This absolutely made no sense, the inverter was definity replaced. In fact the inverter was done at different Toyota dealer closer to our house, so the proof was for sure in the system. On top of that, we had the receipt at home we could have provided if they would have told us we needed it. We had no idea it was going to be a problem, otherwise we would have brought it to them, had they asked originally. Then the final reason for giving an 1 is when we got in to test drive the new car, we noticed the car was missing a major feature that we would told was standard on all platinum highlander's was not installed. Sales associate didn't deny that he told us that and was actually surprised it wasn't installed, butt all he could say is "I don't know why they wouldn't include it on this one". It was my husband who did some research and found out why within a few minutes. Pretty sad my husband figured out, but the sale associate didn't even try, nor did he offer to make it right. Needless to say, after being let down by this dealership twice in one day, we walked away from this dealership and will purchase somewhere else and possibly try a different manufacture after being Toyota fans for over 15 years. This would have been my third Toyota in a row. On a side note: this review is asking about home and contactless sales, yet when I asked about reserving the car on the internet, I was told they didn't have the capability of doing that, I had to drive approximately 1.5 hr to go in just to sign everything even though the car wasn't even available to drive home that day. Were they lying about that too? More
