Purchased a vehicle from them and unfortunately had a total loss accident a couple months later. When I went to purchase my replacement vehicle, their sale manager and owner Brandon Hemborg would only t total loss accident a couple months later. When I went to purchase my replacement vehicle, their sale manager and owner Brandon Hemborg would only try to sell me a vehicle $20k above what I told them I wanted to pay. When push came to shove, I was told to go to another dealer and that they didn't need the business. Bought the Explorer the next day at another dealer. Their loss. More

I received my new custom ordered 2022 F250 last week and within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, bu within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, but were holding on tonthem. Believe me, i called and researched everywhere as well. Robert Quintero and Luis worked their magic and were able to source then part in several days! I appreciate all the phone calls and leg work they had to-do to get me on the road. Great Job gentlemen. More

Wow! That’s all I can say. The service is excellent although a little slow. Quality takes time I suppose. Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter. So yeah thanks for wasting my time with YOU CAN NOT DUPLICATE MY ISSUE, now looks like you will have a bigger issue . Amatures More
