We had to find a new car and we were overwhelmed with options: Size, style, color? We didn’t know where to start. We were lucky enough to walk into Brandon and he guided my family with the upmost respect and courtesy; listening to us to really hear what we needed (not that I didn’t want a big baller truck haha). We eventually decided on a SUV for our family and Brandon was very articulate about what trim came with what, what color options were available, and how the transaction would look ahead. It was semi humorous that we actually chose a vehicle that was being loaned out, but we had the vehicle back within 12 hours. The vehicle was cleaned, detailed, and when I arrived, mine! The handoff process was smooth, and we never felt that we were without assistance. Would I buy from Brandon and The Bob Tomes crew? Absolutely. By the way, we got a 2024 Ford Expedition Limited Stealth Edition. Best vehicle I’ve ever purchased! “Does it come in black?” -Batman More

As a customer, time is everything. I think that if a dealership knows the customer is ready to comment, the time to complete the sale is very important to get all the moving parts goin I think that if a dealership knows the customer is ready to comment, the time to complete the sale is very important to get all the moving parts going as fast as possible so that customer isn't getting inpatient. It get confusing when there are to many people getting involved during the sale. That being said, I have been doing business with Bob Thomas for over 18 years. I will be back again. More
