I recently purchased a new Ford F150 Lariat from Bob Tomes and had an absolutely phenomenal experience, it went way beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Jay Thomas was on me like a bird Tomes and had an absolutely phenomenal experience, it went way beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Jay Thomas was on me like a bird dog chasing pheasant on a fall morning. In fact, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs and expectations. I have been shopping at the other guys, and I know he knew his stuff & was willing even letting me talk, he listened very carefully to what I was looking for in a truck and never deviated from exactly what I wanted. The entire process was smooth and easy, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the experience. I would highly recommend Jay and Tommy (finance guy) at Bob Tomes Ford to anyone looking for a new truck. More

My family and I found our dream car! No one loves the surprise news of needing a new transmission, but here my family & I were. We had to find a new car and we were overwhelmed with o No one loves the surprise news of needing a new transmission, but here my family & I were. We had to find a new car and we were overwhelmed with options: Size, style, color? We didn’t know where to start. We were lucky enough to walk into Brandon and he guided my family with the upmost respect and courtesy; listening to us to really hear what we needed (not that I didn’t want a big baller truck haha). We eventually decided on a SUV for our family and Brandon was very articulate about what trim came with what, what color options were available, and how the transaction would look ahead. It was semi humorous that we actually chose a vehicle that was being loaned out, but we had the vehicle back within 12 hours. The vehicle was cleaned, detailed, and when I arrived, mine! The handoff process was smooth, and we never felt that we were without assistance. Would I buy from Brandon and The Bob Tomes crew? Absolutely. By the way, we got a 2024 Ford Expedition Limited Stealth Edition. Best vehicle I’ve ever purchased! “Does it come in black?” -Batman More
