We were stranded near Chicago over Thanksgiving our car would not unlock. We tried calling a dealership in Frankfort Il. they had no advise to help and would not put anyone from their service department would not unlock. We tried calling a dealership in Frankfort Il. they had no advise to help and would not put anyone from their service department so we called Ford of Galesburg spoke with a service person he talked my son through everything step to get into our car. This was the Friday after Thanksgiving we’ve been so grateful but also very ill so we’ve not made it in. This is the 2nd time your service department has saved us. We also had a wax job done that we were very pleased with the results. So thank you so much for having excellent people on your staff, it really means something in this day and age.
