The service was good and done in a timely manner. Also, a loaner was provided that I appreciate very much. For parts service this was the worst I could imagine a dealership would provide. For sure not the one I expected from VW. I had to pick up a touch paint pen. I have arrived at 5:00 pm, persons were inside and the person that was in the front desk was not able to have them open the door to provide part (that was already paid for) although he tried his best. It is not ok when I arrived still at closing time, and people were still there. At least I would expect that the part will be shipped to my address free of charge. In case you decide to remediate the awful service (I went there on purpose and will not be able to return in more than a week) you can ship it to 16 Moro Dr. Hamilton NJ 08540.
