As an avid sports fan, I enjoy watching all Cleveland sports teams and playing recreational and tournament softball. Sales and management was great! The finance was a HORRIBLE experience. We now question the reliability of the vehicle that we purchased as we were told that the electrical will go The finance was a HORRIBLE experience. We now question the reliability of the vehicle that we purchased as we were told that the electrical will go down after 3 years and that would cost us $2000 to $3000.00. We just purchased a Subaru with another dealership and the financing was fast, easy and zero pressure. We now have buyers remorse as we're afraid of the vehicle's electrical going bad. More
