Guess the vehicle has more problems than anticipated. The car has now been in your shop a total of about 6 weeks . The first time you fixed it guess you didn’t. I’m so blown away by you and your team’s negligence on telling me the problems before I signed the paperwork. But I’m sure you and your team knew exactly what was wrong . You know since it went through your shop when you guys had first acquired it……
I expected way better. So sad . So disappointed. Just unreal actions from such a prestigious brand.

Excellent Dealership, most especially the service
department. The service department makes customer safety a top priority. Last Saturday I suddenly had a check tire message on my dash screen in my
department. The service department makes customer safety a top priority. Last Saturday I suddenly had a check tire message on my dash screen in my LR4. I tried to put air in the tire to no avail. I drove the short distance to the Herb Chambers Sudbury Land Rover Dealership. I was graciously greeted by service rep Bryson Spaulding. In no time, less than 30 minutes, my tire was patched and my vehicle was sparkling clean.
I would be remiss if I failed to mention that while I was waiting for my vehicle, my usual service rep, Robert Wendler, came into the service department on his day off to catch up on some paperwork. When Bobby saw me, he came straight over to make certain I was all set.
People like Bryson and Bobby make the service department at Herb Chambers Land Rover Sudbury unfailingly outstanding.
