Bobby Fisher was amazing, accommodating, and friendly. He could use a printer in his office to be even more efficient. My only complaint would be the fact that the offer on the trade-in was decreased almost by 50% due to the fact that there was an incident with the car that was not known to us and it was fixed back to new condition and they still wanted to deduct at least 50% off the trade-in. Bobby was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the features in the car. We were in and out in about 3.5 hours with A portion of that was waiting on finance to get the approval. More

I was on my way to test drive an Acura Integra when I got a call from Bobby of the Dean Team in Ballwin about a Golf GTI I inquired about online earlier. I made arrangements to do a test drive when I was done at Acura. And I am so glad I did! Bobby accompanied me on an extensive test drive and answered all my questions. Shortly after returning to the dealership, we came to an agreement and made a deal. I returned a few days later to finalize the deal and take possession of my beautiful blue 2024 golf GTI 380 SE! Unfortunately Bobby was unavailable that day, but left me in the expert hands of Joel. The process was efficient and thorough.
