Bobby provided great customer service by making me feel welcomed and getting my car quickly serviced. He also provided me with different options and explained how each would benefit my car so that I can ma welcomed and getting my car quickly serviced. We have had our 2 vehicles in for service on different occasions. 3 times things needed attention right away. When calling the service department we were connected to Christine. I have to say in all my ye occasions. 3 times things needed attention right away. When calling the service department we were connected to Christine. I have to say in all my years owning vehicles and dealing with other service departments I was overly impressed with Christine. She gave us appointments for either that day or the next morning. She would message with updates and estimated completion. This company should be very proud to have such a dedicated employee. Thank you Christine for such caring. More

2 stars because they did most of the work I asked for correctly. Three things they didn't do well, -1 star for each one. First, I waited an hour for the service advisor to get finished with his current c correctly. Three things they didn't do well, -1 star for each one. First, I waited an hour for the service advisor to get finished with his current client while I watched several other advisors just hanging around that could have gotten me on my way quicker, since I was dropping the car off. Then, the advisor and the technician argued with me about what I knew my wheel and tire sizes were for rotation purposes, and I had to come up with a ruse to force the tech to confirm what I already knew, that he could rotate my tires, and they also left my e-brake cable hanging down under the car and misrouted after performing a fuel filter replacement, that I had to go and fix myself. Paying that ridiculous dealership hourly service charge, I don't expect to have to repair things when I get home, but I was for sure not bringing it back to them. More
