I took my truck in for the transmission shifting hard on the first shift of the day. They kept It 9 days and only started working on it on day 8. After they did the work they took it for an unnecessary tes the first shift of the day. They kept It 9 days and only started working on it on day 8. After they did the work they took it for an unnecessary test drive since the engine needed to be cold to feel the hard shift. After I explained this I was told they would keep it another night and try again in the morning. I was happy with that. The next day I get a message they went on another 10 mile test drive that was unnecessary to feel the first shift. Seems like the wanted to waste my gas. I get my truck back covered in bird crap. The steering was loose and there was my items in the floor and my mpg was also much lower than when I dropped it off indicating someone driving it much harder than necessary. I don't feel this is a good dealership anymore and no longer feel safe leaving my vehicle here. Question everything service tells you. More

Great Service today. Jessica was outstanding. She got me checked in and not long after. She came and said I was ready to go. This is the second time dealing with her. So Jessica was outstanding. STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPT! ! If had ZERO star option would have given ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS ! Went in for appt to get simple oil change. Was told 30 minutes to complete, so I w ! If had ZERO star option would have given ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS ! Went in for appt to get simple oil change. Was told 30 minutes to complete, so I waited for completion.. ended up being 2.5 HOURS !! That was problem #1. Issue #2 was far worse. Issue #2.. vehicle was in PERFECT condition ( garage kept ) no damage/defects at all. When they brought vehicle back out & handed back key I did quick walk around. Luckily I did since found paint damage on drivers door (scratches). Notified service advisor, called manager to come look. Manager looked, saw damage & sent me to body shop to gave "buffed" out. Body shop was 2 blocks away, went straight there from dealership. Upon arriving at body shop it was discovered that there was greater damage to lower front valance/bumper. Major dent & paint damage in front, appears techs hit something while in service dept possession & didnt mention it to advisor & certainly not to me. So AVOID SERVICE DEPT AT ALL COSTS but if you must visit service.. word of advice.. DO FULL & COMPLETE WALK AROUND INSPECTION immediately upon getting key back & BEFORE leaving dealership. This must be a BH ongoing issue across ALL BH dealerships. Purchased a Jeep from BH dealership, found paint damage that had been concealed & NOT told. Had to ARGUE with service manager for several days. Even took Jeep to body shop to get estimate for repair (as service manager had agreed to) only to find out vehicle had been severly damaged front end prior, BH had sent to shop for repair. Then after arguing another week, service manager REFUSED to have repaired/corrected! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY BONIFACE HIERS DEALERSHIP !! More
