This is my second time getting a car from Boniface Hiers Chevrolet. It’s also my second time having Javier assisting me. I’m not the easiest person to deal with and he handled everything with ease. I had such a good experience 4 years ago when I bought my Chevy Trail Boss that when I decided to switch to a Tahoe, I went back to Boniface to trade in the truck for the Tahoe. Joel Smith was my sales rep a Chevy Trail Boss that when I decided to switch to a Tahoe, I went back to Boniface to trade in the truck for the Tahoe. Joel Smith was my sales rep and he was awesome! i was sold items i didn't ask for, didn't get any paperwork to see what the final finance was until, i had to go back, when i seen the amount gmac was charging me, went back Brian remove all but th paperwork to see what the final finance was until, i had to go back, when i seen the amount gmac was charging me, went back Brian remove all but three, because they had treated the truck with some coating, that i didn't know they was doing, I'm suppose to get a refund check approximately 4100.00, its been a month and still haven't received i called gmac, they said i need to contact the dealership, but all i get is voicemail, next step is contact bbb, and a lawyer, and the news More
