Dishonest. My Lexus went in drivable and could not leave drivable. They made it so the tire that we drove in on was no longer operable. Air bag light—$150, brakes $150 times 4. Sent my son in law and they changed their tune. I have bought and have had over 6 Lexus cars over the country and this is by far NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATIVE LEXUS DEALERSHIP/ SERVICE CENTER. More

Service advisor had no business card and told me his phone number was on the invoice. The number on the invoice was the dealership, not his contact number. Then when I finally reached the service advisor after I got home, he said I could install it myself, which I could not. Now, I have to make a separate trip back to the service department to take care of something that easily could have been done while I was there. I was disappointed to say the least! More
