Bobby very helpful and has a very respectful attitude. Service center though took few days to fixed my car. Bobby provide me with loaner car which is very helpful and appreciated, but I still prefer drivi Service center though took few days to fixed my car. Key to continuing getting my ELR serviced here is Bobby Miller. I guess we've known him since 2005 when Mary got her SRX at Ron Carter Cadillac in Alvin. It was good he was still there after the change in Miller. I guess we've known him since 2005 when Mary got her SRX at Ron Carter Cadillac in Alvin. It was good he was still there after the change in ownership to a mulistate company. Bigger isn't always better for customers. So far, so good. Thanks Bobby! My thanks to he technician who replaced the CUE hardware and left little evidence of the repair work. The CUE is like new. More
