Has to be the slowest service ever. Should not take 3 hours to get an oil change and the people who work there didn't give a xxxx. Not sure why the guy that came in at 1:00 to get an oi Should not take 3 hours to get an oil change and the people who work there didn't give a xxxx. Not sure why the guy that came in at 1:00 to get an oil change was out in an hour and I got there At 11:00 and waited 3 hours. That is not how I wanted to spend my day off. I actually hate coming there and would rather pay someone else to do it even though I could get a free oil change for free. More

They fibbed about the bank giving 4% off our interest rate and they said the bank wants you to buy this car. Also, they gave us a key fob. That cannot be programmed to the car. Even when they got a new rate and they said the bank wants you to buy this car. Also, they gave us a key fob. That cannot be programmed to the car. Even when they got a new one, it still can't be programmed and they told us it's our problem to lean on Nissan, rather than them getting it done. I would not use them ever again.Or recommend them. Had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and Bobby with trade-ins and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond to help, and I would gladly recommend them to anybody who needed trade-ins and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. Everything that was checked off as working and changed was indeed, not. I had the brakes checked after leaving St. Pete and arriving in Ocala, they were at 3mm. My left turn signal does not work. My oil n was indeed, not. I had the brakes checked after leaving St. Pete and arriving in Ocala, they were at 3mm. My left turn signal does not work. My oil needed changed, as well as my power steering fluid reservoir, refilled. The car was a filthy, had trash stuffed under the seats. Paul Loki needs to be made aware of the absolute laziness and disregard for quality work. I am appalled by the laziness exhibited by this dealership and will never return. More
