Stupendous Service I called to schedule a routine oil change. Bobby asked me when I would like to come in and I said I know it's short notice but I'm available today & I called to schedule a routine oil change. Bobby asked me when I would like to come in and I said I know it's short notice but I'm available today & tomorrow. He fit me in at 3 pm that same day! He recognized my tires needed rotating and even had the technicians check to be sure mice had not returned as I have had servicing for this problem on two previous occasions. Thank you Bobby Eskey for taking care of me and just being so genuinely nice, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Also, for making me feel at home at Columbia Ford. More
