The team at Joe Rizza Ford. Cliff, Bret, both Bobs, Paul and I believe Jesse in the service department were all a pleasure to work with, I believe everyone played their individu Cliff, Bret, both Bobs, Paul and I believe Jesse in the service department were all a pleasure to work with, I believe everyone played their individual role very well to make sure the deal went as smooth as possible with the purchase of my 2025 Lincoln aviator, there was a miscommunication in regards to one of the features on my vehicle, however Cliff and Bret worked on a respectable solution in a very efficient timeframe so the disappointment never got the opportunity to settle in. So much so that I brought my wife to this dealership so she could purchase her vehicle also. All in all as a customer who is ready to make a purchase the only thing we look for is to feel appreciated and have a trouble free experience while receiving a quality product and the guys at Joe Rizza definitely made sure to give that welcoming, professional feeling which is the foundation of what brand loyalty is built upon. Any concern I had they personalized it, owned it and resolved it. As a disabled vet there’s not much more I could ask for, and my wife feels the exact same way in regards to her purchase. In conclusion I would like to send my most sincere gratitude to our new family at Joe Rizza, oh and also shout out to the salesman Joe who was very eager to help out my wife during the moment Cliff wasn’t available. More
