Salesman Bob licht only thinks about himself. The service department is the worst and unprofessional department I have ever seen. From top to bottom. I had dealings with every service department manager. There were five of them that were very unprofessional to listen to my concerns. I bought my 2018 Toyota Tundra back in May of 2023. There was an unusual sound my front suspension was making. From there top technicians could not figure out was wrong with it. It was brought to them seven times to diagnose this problem. They try to charge me a diagnostic fee of one hundred seventy dollars. I insisted with all service managers that I have the best warranty which I payed for which is the platinum. Till this day they finally have diagnosed the problem and they said they were waiting for part to come in. I called them last week and the part came in two weeks ago. Now it has been three weeks now since they diagnosed problem and they still have me waiting to get my truck fix. Like I said I pay good money for this warranty which is a platinum warranty. Why do i keep getting pushed to back of the line ? To get my truck fix it has been SEVEN months. Is this truck considered a lemon. Any lawyers out there that might know the law about this matter please let me know. Oh by the way I dealt with the customer relationship supervisor I guess you know the outcome of this conversation. No help once again. From every single person I dealt with at Lakeside Toyota 3701 N Causeway Metairie Louisiana 70002. I just don’t know how this dealership stays in business. Happy Holidays More

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealer less than 24 months ago - no complaints. Since then, the dealership (namely Bob Licht) has had zero interest in retaining me as a returning customer. I've inquire months ago - no complaints. Since then, the dealership (namely Bob Licht) has had zero interest in retaining me as a returning customer. I've inquired about multiple vehicles and on each occasion, he's tried charging me over the listed price and has refused any attempt to negotiate. Most recently, I inquired about a used vehicle which he again, refused to negotiate from the online price. Then, strangely, the online price went up! I asked him to put me in touch with a new salesman three times and he's failed to do so before ignoring me completely. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, take your money elsewhere. Bob Licht was a professional from the start. I sent an email to a general account saying that I wanted a RAV4 Prime.
