I was very pleased with Prestige's Service Advisor Bob Knott's courteous attention. I was immediately acknowledged when I entered the service department and did not have to wait. Good customer service by Bob Knott, answered all questions and provided adequate explanation. I am driving my fourth Volvo S80 and from the beginning< I chose Volvo because of the service I received the first day I walked into the Dealership located in Montclair.
