Bob Holton has lived in Gwinnett County since 1984 and has been in the ACC family since 2003. He and his wife Candy have been married for over 38 Years, and have raised three great kids who have blessed them with eight grandchildren. Bob has almost 40 years of automotive experience, 6 years as Finance Manager, 8 years as Sales Manager, and 9 years as General Sales Manager and General Manager, but truly enjoys the "relationship building" that only comes with dealing with the customer and automotive sales. Do not come here please. Initially, I found a vehicle listed online at a price that was both acceptable and within my expectations. I later spoke with Bobby, who provided det Initially, I found a vehicle listed online at a price that was both acceptable and within my expectations. I later spoke with Bobby, who provided details about the car’s specifications. Based on that conversation, I was very pleased and genuinely excited, believing I had found the right vehicle. However, shortly thereafter, I received another call from Bobby, informing me that the car was listed too low and that the price would need to be increased significantly. This sudden change felt misleading and unprofessional. I have been a loyal Mercedes-Benz owner for many years and have purchased multiple vehicles from authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. I have never encountered such an experience. This situation does not reflect the standards or integrity I’ve come to expect from the Mercedes-Benz brand. If this is standard practice at your dealership, I believe Mercedes-Benz corporate would be concerned. I also intend to share my experience publicly so that others are aware and can make informed decisions. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as no customer deserves to be misled in this way. Bob Holton has assisted me and my husband with the leasing of 7 or 8 Mercedes vehicles. I am now a widow and he has assisted me with 2 Mercedes C300's since 2018. Bob is outstanding, very knowledgea leasing of 7 or 8 Mercedes vehicles. I am now a widow and he has assisted me with 2 Mercedes C300's since 2018. Bob is outstanding, very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in every way. The financial young man yesterday was very nice and efficient. Brandy who went over the technology of the car was very nice and efficient. All three are definitely assets to Mercedes.
