We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked through the doors of the Lexus of Brookfield dealership. Bob Hill made sure the RX350 we were interested in was ready for a test drive and even got in the c the doors of the Lexus of Brookfield dealership. Bob Hill made sure the RX350 we were interested in was ready for a test drive and even got in the car with us to show us their service center. (It looks beautiful, by the way. Can't wait for my first oil change!) Bob was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a very non-sales pitchy way. Much appreciated! He made us feel like we had his full attention and made sure we were taken care of throughout our purchase. Lexus of Brookfield is in a class by itself compared to some other dealerships we've been to. Thank you the team in Brookfield for an exceptional car-buying experience.
