We have purchased several vehicles from Carvana due to my dislike of spending hours in a dealership on a purchase. This is our 2nd time buying a used vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield. Bob Hill did a fantasti dislike of spending hours in a dealership on a purchase. This is our 2nd time buying a used vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield. Bob Hill did a fantastic job taking care of us. He brought the vehicle to our house to test drive (as he did with our previous purchase in 4/2021).I only had to go to the dealership for a final appraisal on our truck. He delivered the vehicle a couple of days later, when we came home from vacation. We were able to get the deal complete without spending wasted time sitting in the dealership. He is knowledgeable about Lexus and any concerns we had. More

We just purchased a 2022 RX 350. Bob Hill was/is our sales associate. He is a great communicator, and kept us up-to-date every step of the way.
