I shopped around the Toyota dealerships near me (Copeland and McGee) and was, frankly, put off by their lack of interest in working with me. I felt I had some equity in my 2010 Highlander (which I leased fr and McGee) and was, frankly, put off by their lack of interest in working with me. I felt I had some equity in my 2010 Highlander (which I leased from Copeland) and wanted to use my equity as a downpayment for a new Highlander. Bob Hadges was extremely helpful over the phone and both Kenny and Art were great to work with in the store. These guys earned by business and my recommendation! More

This is not a dealership, this is a family. There are no words to describe my amazement with my experience. These are the friendliest, most honest, sincere, and admirable employees I have ever met, which words to describe my amazement with my experience. These are the friendliest, most honest, sincere, and admirable employees I have ever met, which is highly unusual at a car dealership. There is no pressure when purchasing, and additionally they go above and beyond everything you would not only expect but dream of. If you have to go back for some reason, everyone, and I mean everyone remembers your name and approaches you in a way that makes you feel important. These employees are genuinely happy. It is clear that they love what they do. This eminates to the customer. They remember who you are, by name, upon seeing you after your purchase. They are highly professional, yet down to earth. They way they conduct business is amazing and admirable. Everyone from reception, to administrators, to service - - I promise you have never experienced such accomodating and genuinely sincere people. It is beyond clear that the employees care. I went back one day for an issue that actually resulted in being my fault...... the rear window was not all the way up - there was actually no problem at all. As I waited in the service area, everyone I have ever seen in there approached me, genuinely happy to see me, and spoke to me. Upon leaving, I met a gentleman getting out of a car whom I had never seen before. I was introduced to him. As it turned out he was the owner of the dealership! You never would have known......... kind, humble, and genuine. There was not one ounce of arrogance and it was not until after our conversation, when he handed me his business card and welcomed me to call him at any time, did I realize he was the owner of the dealership! Remarkable! I could go on forever about my experiences there........ I can not recommend this dealership highly enough. There are no words to describe the experince I had in puchasing my vehicle there. I can not recommend this dealership any higher that I am attempting to. My first contact with Tufankjian was Bob Hadges from Internet Sales. Bob gave me all the information I was looking for via email in a most timely manner. Bob was one of several I was in contact with o Internet Sales. Bob gave me all the information I was looking for via email in a most timely manner. Bob was one of several I was in contact with on the internet. He was the quickest.. no nonsense.. brief and to the point - a plus since I did not have time to waste. When I in fact made the decision to come in to purchase from Tufankjian, I was greeted at the door by Ian Merrill. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Prius. He spent a fair amount of time going over the benefits of Toyota, Prius and Tufankjian in general; then took us out for a test drive. He was very patient answering all of my questions. His up-beat attitude convinced me. We then met with Walace Langame. Walace from Finance was equally as pleasant as Ian. He went over all of the figures and options and answered all of our questions. At this point I had no doubt that I had come to the right place. To round off my visit, I met with Bill Detellis who went over the accessories available. Very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Finally, Greg Tufankjian took the time to come in to meet my daughter and me - a pleasant surprise. In previous transactions at other dealerships I've never met anyone in management who showed the interest in meeting a customer. Overall, I bought the sales personnel package - the car was just the nice extra. Thank you. More

Three words come to mind when I think about last evening's experience of replacing my totaled Camry at this dealership-- ON MY TEAM! Went to several dealers to shop for a Toyota. Benson showed me several cars and worked with me to give me the best deal on my trade and new purchase. Very good experience. Dealer handled my trade-in at the trade-in value estimate that was provided by Jaguar without any haggling. I had the plesure of purchasing a Toyota Yaris at Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response fro Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response from Bob Hadges. He was informative, personable and patient in reviewing my options. As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. I would highly recommend to any potential car buyer to set up an appointment with Bob to meet with the other competent members of the Tufankjian Toyota team to inquire about their inventory. More
