Other dealerships should learn from this that it's all about making the experience as professionally accommodating and painless for the end customer and hey, a sense of humor can go a long way in making the car buying experience much more pleasurable than many have experienced in the past. The entire process was very done very quickly and as I was going to leave, it was detected that the battery seemed somewhat weak. Our story began when we walked into Tufankjian Toyota in February 2011. We found, what could have been a very stressful time, to be a fun and pleasant shopping experience. When my husband and I discussed looking for a new car on Saturday, February 8, 2014, we knew exactly where we would go. We went back to Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. We met Ruben Bourguignon as soon as we arrived. He came up to us and asked how he could assist us. We told him exactly what our thoughts and needs were. We looked at three different models, and test drove two of them. We decided to lease a 2014 Toyota Corolla S (fully equipped). I can't say enough about Ruben, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that every step of our purchase/lease went smoothly. I think being a return customer speaks volumes. He doesn't give you that uncomfortable car buying/shopping feeling/experience. He makes you feel right at home. He was very diligent. I give him a 10 out of 10 but since this was only rated 5 out of 5 then it is what it is. There should be more nice, intelligent men such as this one. I would definitely come back to Tufankjain in the near future to make a purchase and or refer anyone of my friends and family members. All I can say is if you're looking to buy a Toyota, don't go anywhere else.
