Clearly a very good service department. I brought my truck in for something easy and something hard. Was cheerfully told that my truck was "all set" and my wife picked it up. I called her to ask how the "hard" thing was working. She said she hadn't noticed but looked at the service report and read that the problem was not fixed. I was pretty disappointed. Why would someone say you were "all set" when you definitely were not. This seems like a strong group and my expectations for execution and communication are higher. More
